7-day free trial
Premium begins with a 7-day free trial and requires a payment method. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription automatically converts to the price and billing frequency shown at checkout and renews until cancelled.
How cancellation works
Cancel at any time from Settings by opening the Stripe billing portal and selecting cancellation. Cancelling during the free trial prevents the first charge. Cancelling after a paid billing period starts prevents future renewals; Premium remains available through the end of that paid period.
Refund eligibility
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, paid subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins, including for partial use or an unused remainder after cancellation. We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or exceptional circumstances. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Refund requests and billing errors
Use the Contact page as soon as possible. Include the account email, charge date and amount, last four digits of the card, and a short explanation. Never send a full card number or security code. We review the account and Stripe billing record and respond through the email associated with the account.
Charge disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct it. You may also dispute a charge with your card issuer. A charge dispute may cause Premium access to be suspended while the payment is reviewed, but it does not restrict the free core experience.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an existing paid period.
- An approved refund is returned to the original payment method and timing depends on the card issuer.
- We do not ask customers to withdraw a good-faith dispute as a condition of support.
