ZoëDate is for adults only. You confirm you are at least 18 and that the date of birth you provide is accurate. We may suspend or remove accounts we believe belong to minors.

No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, commercial solicitation, impersonation, doxxing, sexually explicit content sent without consent, content involving minors, or pressure to move a conversation off ZoëDate for unsafe reasons. Treat people with respect on and off the app. Violations can end your account immediately.

You keep ownership of your photos, video, prompts, and bio. You grant ZoëDate a limited, service-scoped license to host, resize, display, moderate, and process that content only to operate and improve ZoëDate. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to legal holds and abuse-prevention records.

ZoëDate does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on members, and does not promise anyone is who they claim to be. You are responsible for your own safety. Read the Safety Center before meeting anyone. You represent that you are not a convicted felon for a crime of violence or a registered sex offender.

Interactions on ZoëDate, and any decision to communicate or meet in person, are at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, ZoëDate is not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline.

We prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery, including altered or AI-generated intimate images. If an intimate image of you is shared without consent, use our takedown form at zoe.date/takedown (no account needed) or email takedown@zoe.date. We review valid notices, remove verified content within 48 hours, disable the depicted media, issue a tracking ID, and work to remove duplicate copies.

Some features, including compatibility narratives, coaching tips, Ask ZoëDate AI astrology answers, and Smart Inbox labels, may be generated by AI as suggestions. They are clearly disclosed as AI, are not professional advice, are not guarantees, and should not replace your own judgment.

Premium starts with a 7-day free trial that requires a card up front. Unless you cancel during the trial, it converts to a paid subscription and renews automatically at the listed price until you cancel. We show the price and billing frequency next to a non-pre-checked consent control before you subscribe, email a receipt, send a reminder before the trial converts, and let you cancel from Settings at least as easily as you signed up.

The free trial is your risk-free window to decide. Except where the law requires otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins; cancelling stops future charges and keeps Premium access active through the paid period.

You and ZoëDate agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration and waive class actions and jury trials. An arbitrator, not a court, decides questions about the scope or enforceability of this arbitration agreement. Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing us. Acceptance is recorded per account with the version and timestamp.

We respond to valid DMCA notices and terminate repeat infringers. Send notices to our designated agent at dmca@zoe.date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or create safety, legal, or abuse risk. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. To the extent the law allows, ZoëDate's total liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
